Please read this document carefully before using the 363 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 363 platform at 363.best, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 363 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 363 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes your immediate acceptance of those changes.

This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. 363 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to register only one account on the 363 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. 363 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to use the 363 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that harms other users. Users are also prohibited from using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform without prior written consent from 363.

Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt 363's systems will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in legal action.

3. Payment & Transaction Information in MYR

All financial transactions on the 363 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including online banking, FPX, and approved e-wallets. All transactions are considered final once confirmation is received by the 363 system.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into their 363 account come from legitimate sources. 363 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction deemed suspicious or inconsistent with normal usage patterns.

For withdrawal requests, 363 will process payments to the payment method registered by the user. Processing times may vary depending on the method selected. 363 is not liable for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment service providers.

If a transaction is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, 363 reserves the right to cancel or adjust the transaction once verified, and the user will be notified through their account.

4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

363 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

If your account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of 363's internal investigation. Users may submit an appeal through official support channels within 30 days of the account closure date.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

363 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or unexpected game outcomes. 363's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of active deposits in the relevant user's account at the time of the incident.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 363 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 363 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of this content without prior written consent from 363.

Third-Party Links

The 363 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 363 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external websites or services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk, and we encourage users to review the respective terms of service before proceeding.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

363 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms in force.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
